Hey everyone. I think you’ve all noticed that of late, my blogging pace has fallen off a bit. It’s kind of funny, from the guy who wrote about how posting frequency is a very important thing to maintain on a blog.

And it’s because of both the best reason and the least professional reason. About 13 days ago, I met a wonderful woman named Vy at a party. She had worked for the company that I currently work for, and had left almost a year before i joined it. But through a close-knit network of co-workers, past and present, she was invited to a pre-wedding party for a colleague of mine.

I will be adding an image of the both of us on the About Me page soon.

I’m not sure why or how. We often talk about how we aren’t each other’s “types” but for whatever the reason, we have fallen for each other.

We spend a lot of time together. It’s the beginning of a relationship, and that’s what you’re supposed to do, right? On Saturday she goes to the Phillipines for a week, and then a week after her return, I go to Myanmar for a week. Hopefully, we’re talking about getting away for a trip the weekend after my return, maybe going to a local beach resort for a weekend.

I’m rambling. Sorry about being inconsistent the last couple weeks, but I aim to remedy that, starting now.

Introducing Blogging Fridays

Fridays, I will begin writing about blogging. I have been talking about saving money, but truth be told, the Internet is a great medium for making money. It’s a shame that I don’t write about it more, though truth be told, I have not made much money on the Internet. I’ve sold things on eBay, some other things through affiliate programs and made some money through AdSense.

On Fridays I will be outlining what I have done in the past, and talking about how they have been successful or unsuccessful. I will spend a little time reviewing other blogs, and running case studies on new blogs that I hope to establish, taking you step-by-step through them. I have been lucky to register a couple good blog names at Blogger, and hopefully we can work together to learn more about this growing industry.
